1. Digital Goods
BioStore is a platform that facilitates the sale of digital goods (e.g., standard files, premium links, software). Due to the nature of digital goods, which can be downloaded instantly, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
2. Platform Subscriptions
For subscriptions to BioStore's premium features (e.g., Pro Plan):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.
- In the event of a billing error or technical issue preventing access to paid features, please contact support for a resolution.
3. Buyer Refunds (For Creators)
If you are a creator selling on BioStore:
- You are responsible for handling refund requests from your customers.
- BioStore does not automatically process refunds for transactions between creators and buyers.
- Disputes regarding product quality or non-delivery should be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.
4. Exceptions
We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Technical errors where a double charge occurred.
- Services not delivered due to platform failure.
